Reservation Policy (3-31-2012)

Customers that have reserved their tables have read and/or agreed to these terms:

1. Reservations are subject to availability under the host's discretion.

2. Party of five or more.
   

3. Reservations must be made at least an hour in advance.

4. Table will be held up to 15 minutes past your appointed time. If left unclaimed, the table will be open. 

5. Party will have 15% gratuity added to their check, regardless of full attendance.

6. Pho Lena has the right to cancel your reservation without prior notice.
